  4. of The 640 Meg Shareware Studio CD ROM disk. This license is not 
  5. transferable.  Data Express, Inc. reserves the right to terminate 
  6. this license if there is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disk 
  7. constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

  12. You may use this disk on a single computer or on a computer that is 
  13. accessed thru a local area network. You may use this disk on a bulletin 
  14. board system. You may use any application on this disk, as per the 
  15. requirements specified in the application's documentation.

  20. You shall not rent the disk. You shall not lease the disk. You shall not 
  21. sublicense the disk.
